RFIC デザイン
RFICをテーピング・アウトする前に、RFチェーンのシミュレーションを実行して、IC仕様を検証することが必要です。シミュレーションには、レイアウトの寄生成分、デジタル制御回路、I/Q変調信号、プロセス／電圧／温度の変動の影響を含める必要があります。AgilentのRFICデザイン・ソリューションは、テーピング・アウトする前に、これらの影響のシミュレーション・カバレージを拡大し、RFICを十分に評価して検証することができます。
