D-PHY Test Solutions
MIPI D-PHY is a serial bus for use in battery operated equipment to connect high data capacity devices like a camera module. The proliferation of these such devices forces the migration from analog to digital interconnects which are easier and cheaper to implement, consume less battery power, provide higher bandwidth and allow plug and play functionality.
Breaking the Gbit barrier requires dedicated physical layer testing.

Agilent supports that need with the ability to support low power and high speed signals with controlling transitions, change timing parameters and separately perform dedicated nominal and jitter stress test on clock and data.
