测试太阳能电池、太阳能模块和太阳能电池阵列
为了实现提高太阳能电池效能并降低成本的目标,必须有精确、可重复而且快速、可靠的测试结果。为了获得高效的、切实可行的太阳能电池、太阳能模块和太阳能电池阵列,必须进行研究、设计和开发工作,而这些工作离不开高性能的测试设备。安捷伦电源、开关/测量单元、电子负载和 DMM 具有出色的功能,可以在正向和逆向极性、全辐射和遮蔽(黑暗)中测量电池、模块和电池阵列的 I-V 曲线性能。安捷伦产品非常适用于在工作台和快速生产线上执行太阳能器件的测量。
在生产环境中,生产高质量的太阳能模块和太阳能电池阵列需要对太阳能电池进行表征和分类。为了达到最佳的输出功率,必须与预定安装在普通模块或阵列中的太阳能电池的 I-V 性能相匹配。最大化生产效率和模块或阵列性能,意味着要执行快速、精确和可靠的测量。
测量太阳能电池、模块或阵列的正向 I-V 性能包括负载恒压器件、改变电压(从零电压开始逐渐增加电压直到器件开路电压(Voc))以及测量输出电流。零电压对应最大的短路电流(Isc)。处于 Voc 状态时,测得的器件输出电流是 0。测量遮蔽(黑暗)的太阳能器件的逆向 I-V 性能时,要求电压以逆向极性电压增加。
