Testing Solar Cells

達成更高的太陽能電池效率並降低成本的目標,需要精確、穩定一致、快速而可靠的測試結果。研發與設計工作必須達成出色的績效;高度可製造性的太陽能電池、組件與電池陣列,需要高效能的測試設備。安捷倫的電源供應器、切換/量測裝置、電子負載以及 DMM,提供了優越的功能,可用來量測正極與逆極、全輻射與遮蔽 (黑暗) 下的太陽能電池、組件與電池陣列。安捷倫的產品非常適合工作台製造,以及快速的生產線太陽能裝置量測。

在生產環境中生產高品質的太陽能組件與電池陣列,需要對太陽能電池進行特性分析與排序。若要達成最佳的輸出功率,對於預定安裝於共用組件或電池陣列中的太陽能電池,需要匹配其 I-V 效能。讓生產力與組件或陣列效能達到最高,需要進行快速、精確而可靠的量測。

量測太陽能電池、組件或陣列的前向 I-V 效能,需要載入恆定電壓的裝置、將送到裝置開路電壓的電壓 (Voc),從零開始增量變化,並量測輸出電流。零伏符合最大可用的短路電流 (Isc)。在 Voc,裝置量測到的輸出電流為零。量測遮蔽 (黑暗) 下太陽能裝置的逆 I-V 效能,需要增額套用逆極電壓。
