The A.02.07 firmware upgrade can be obtained using the following method:

Download the firmware from this site for free to a Microsoft® Windows® based personal computer and create the firmware upgrade diskettes.

Note: This firmware can be used with all N9310A units upgrade.

Firmware Download and Installation Instructions

Select “N9310A Firmware A.02.07” to download the firmware. Upgrade N9310A firmware:

Extract and copy the file N9310A.update into the ROOT DIRECTORY of USB memory stick
Insert USB stick into FRONT panel USB connector
Power off then power on N9310A
N9310A will perform firmware upgrade automatically
If there is notice to restore data, please press enter
