Agilent EEsof Licensing Software Downloads
The FlexNet software for Agilent EEsof EDA software licensing on all supported platforms is available for download below. You should always use the latest version of the license manager daemon (lmgrd) and the vendor daemon (agileesofd) with your Agilent EEsof EDA software.
Note: The version of lmgrd must be equal to or greater than the version of the vendor daemons you will run on your license server.

The download files contain agileesofd, lmgrd, lmutil. For Windows, lmtools is also included.

Agilent EEsof License Tools Installer for Windows (Version October 14, 2011)
The Agilent EEsof License Tools for Windows installer contains the latest version of the Agilent EEsof license server manager, utilities and documentation. This includes the license wizard, license preferences tool, license information tool along with lmgrd, lmutil and agileesofd vendor daemon for the license server. The FLEXid dongle drivers are also included.
Agilent EEsof License Tools are only available on the Windows platform.
The installer contains both 32-bit and 64-bit versions. Please read the Installation Instructions for more details.
