Rehost Service for Agilent ICT, AXI and AOI systems
One of the many services that Agilent provides as part of the Agilent support agreement is rehosting service. Recently there are non-authorized 3rd party support providers claiming that they can provide complete support of the Agilent’s PCB test & inspection system(s). We would like to emphasize that only Agilent has the rights and capabilities to perform rehosting of the license(s) on your Agilent system controller, as well as test development or offline programming station. This rehosting service is delivered at no additional cost as part of the support agreement.
If the customer is not on Agilent’s hardware support or software update subscription agreement, Agilent may charge for time and material support services to help our customer replace the defective system controller and perform the rehosting service.
