Does Agilent 89600 VSA software (89601) support the Bluetooth® Difference Error Vector Magnitude (DEVM) test?

No. The 89601B Option AYA offers the general-purpose modulation tools, but it does not provide DEVM results for Bluetooth basic measurement. It needs a macro to calculate DEVM. This is provided as-is and is unsupported. Agilent recommends using N9081A Bluetooth measurement application to make this measurement.
