TowerJazz offers a broad portfolio of ADS front-to-back PDKs. If not indicated differently all PDKs do support ADS front-end design, layout implementation, ADS Desktop LVS and 3rd party LVS/DRC support for Assura & Calibre.

Momentum 3D Planar EM SimulatorMomentum Support

Agilent's Momentum 3D Planar EM Simulator is qualified by TowerJazz for various processes and has shown silicon-accurate results. Momentum stack-up files are available on demand for most processes.

Momentum is the leading 3D planar electromagnetic (EM) simulator used for passive circuit modeling and analysis. Momentum offers a broad range of dedicated RFIC functionalities like automated via simplification, process scaling, metal fill removal, but also goes beyond 3D planar through direct bondwire or Through-Silicon-Via (TSV) support.

Momentum is supported for use within ADS or Virtuoso.

GoldenGate RFIC Simulation SoftwareGoldenGate Support

Agilent's GoldenGate RFIC Simulation Software is an advanced simulation and analysis solution for integrated mixed signal RFIC designs that is fully integrated into the Cadence Analog Design Environment (ADE) and is officially supported at TowerJazz for all Virtuoso PDKs.

Agilent also provides GoldenGate Momentum Modules for use with Momentum in GoldenGate Tools, for the following TowerJazz processes:
