What is eSMART? Who can access it?

eSMART – refers to "electronic Service Management and Request Tool". It is a tool to log and track service request for Agilent remote support.

Customers on Agilent support agreement which includes 24x7 support coverage will be provided access to eSMART. Access to eSMART requires a valid Login/Password and System Handle provided by Agilent for the duration of the support agreement.
