The HP 8566 (22 GHz) and 8568 (1500 MHz) are legendary in the RF and microwave industry. These were the first analyzers with 10 Hz resolution bandwidth for high sensitivity measurements in the presence of large-amplitude signals, and full 2 to 22 GHz preselected tuning range on the 8566.
