Intelligent Test Framework Software Licensing Support

Welcome to the software licensing help page for the ITF Software Solutions, including the Medalist Repair Tool and the Medalist Quality Tool.

To redeem software licenses, you need the following:

• Your Software Entitlement Certificate
• The MAC address of the ITF Server
• Product CD Key (found on the CD cover)

Licensing instructions are found in the ITF Software Solutions Setup Guide. An electronic copy of the Setup Guide is located on your ITF Server.

NOTE: If you are redeeming your license for the first time, please select OPTION 1 - "Request license(s) for one or more software products on one instrument or host computer."
