The Auriga CTS-3 multi-state RF module test platform provides the combination of speed, accuracy and performance that RF device manufacturers require. The system incorporates a range of Agilent instrumentation including an Agilent PNA-X network analyzer, a PXA signal analyzer, a DSO9064A oscilloscope and an N6700B modular power supply.

The Agilent equipment is fully integrated into a mainframe with additional instrumentation and sophisticated DUT control. The system is controlled by Auriga’s innovative Testflow software providing intuitive measurement and control objects that allow you to build professional and accurate test flow diagrams.
