COTS-Based Functional ATE
COTS-Based Functional ATE
Accelerate your test deployment with functional test systems based on commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) equipment
High-end test system development is shifting from application-specific, special-to type test systems to modular, common core automated test systems based on commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware and open software environments. These systems reduce overall test cost, increase system flexibility and facilitate the transition from design to production
G Systems' COTS based functional test platform is built around Agilent’s E4402B ESA E series spectrum analyzer and N5181A MXG analog signal generator. An Agilent 66000 series modular power supply is used to provide 1200 Watts of power. The G Systems test platform also includes multiple interconnect systems using a Virginia Panel receiver and interchangeable test adapters as well as a full complement of custom cable harnesses.
With a modular COTS-based test platform from G Systems based on Agilent instrumentation you can reduce the cost and development time of your functional ATE allowing you to accelerate the deployment of your testing strategy.
