Descripción

The X-Series* Remote Language Compatibility (RLC) measurement application allows X-Series signal analyzers (PXA, MXA, or EXA) to emulate HP/Agilent 856xE/EC or 8566/68 spectrum analyzers in remotely controlled, automated test equipment (ATE) systems. This application helps migrate 856xE/EC-based or 8566/68-based ATE systems to include a modern signal analyzer as seamlessly as possible.

*This application is not available for the CXA N9000A.
