The Agilent Network Analyzer software provides local, distributed and remote protocol test for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, network baselining, and performance analysis. Analyze network traffic in real time over multiple transport, signaling, and application technologies. Full 7-layer troubleshooting solution provides network statistics, decodes, expert analysis, data filtering, protocol vitals, connection stats, extensive voice over IP analysis and much more. The Network Analyzer provides a full suite of tools for dispatched and remote testing of wide area networks, ATM and Ethernet. The solution is particularly well suited for Tier 2 and Tier 3 troubleshooting personnel who supply in-depth support for a service provider or Network Equipment manufacturers’ clients. The associated hardware can access virtually any network; 10 Mbps, 100 Mbps, 1 Gbps, and 10 Gbps Ethernet, STM-1/OC-3, STM-4/OC-12, T1, E1, DS3, E3, V.35, V.36/RS-449, EIA-530, RS-232, X.21, and HSSI.

• J6839A - Network Analyzer Professional Edition for full off-line protocol analysis. Turn your PC into a protocol analyzer using the NIC. All the features of the J6840A, but no ability to control the DNA hardware probes.
• J6865A – Network Analyzer 10 GigE/GigE Blade Software. Full Network Analyzer functionality for the J6872A 10 GigE/GigE Blade Interface.
