스펙트럼 분석 측정을 위해 DC에서부터 50GHz까지 지원하는 광범위한 스펙트럼 분석기 및 신호 분석기 제품군에서 선택할 수 있으며, 외부 믹서를 사용할 경우 325GHz까지 확장 가능합니다. 왜곡, 스퓨리어스, 위상 노이즈 및 2G - 4G 무선 통신 신호를 비롯한 주파수, 진폭 및 변조를 정확하게 측정할 수 있습니다. 스펙트럼 분석기 또는 신호 분석기에 89600 VSA 소프트웨어, 유연한 변조 분석 소프트웨어 또는 측정 어플리케이션을 결합시켜 다양한 범위의 표준 기반 신호 및 범용 디지털 신호와 형식을 복조할 수 있습니다.
