The W8620EP Model Builder Program (MBP) Statistical Model Generation package includes the complete modeling and analysis packages for statistical and mismatch models. Monte Carlo simulation is supported by the internal engine. The built-in Backward Propagation of Variance (BPV) based extraction flow enables automated extraction by one click. Also, the user can customize Intermediate Variables (IMVs) and plot corresponding graphs.
