The W8612EP Model Builder Program (MBP) RF Model Extraction package provides a complete RF modeling platform for MOSFETs, BJTs, diodes, inductors, capacitors and resistors. The GUI extraction flow supports both local and global model extraction and the automated scalable inductor modeling flow is driven by a global optimizer which supports all popular inductor types. With the corresponding core model generation package, a complete scalable modeling solution for MOSFETs and BJTs can be realized.
