VXI Pulse Pattern Generators
The Agilent VXI pulse and pattern generators provide an array of digital signals for your VXI test system. They can be used in mixed-signal system in both parallel and serial applications. They can also generate clocks for synchronization of an automated test system.
- Pulse Pattern Generators: The E8311/12A Pulse Pattern Generators can provide highly accurate signals up to 330MHz and are useful when serial signals are required.
- 20MHz Pattern Generators and Timing Modules: The E1451/52A Pattern I/O modules can be used stand-alone or with the E1450A Timing Module to provide accurate timing and control signals. The optional pods extend the module accuracy to the DUT.
