AXIe 產品與解決方案

AXIe 是針對模組化測試設備制定的開放式標準，它結合了現有標準 (ATCA、PXI、LXI 和 IVI®) 的優點，具有極高的機架利用率，並提供許多附加特性，例如時序、觸發和模組間資料傳輸等。這些特性對於部署高效能量測系統極為重要。

AXIe 是 LXI 和 PXI 標準的理想補充方案。 AXIe 儀器具有 PCIe和 LAN 介面，因此可當作虛擬PXI或LXI儀器使用。
