The N9020AK-ALL is only offered as an upgrade for the X-Series signal analyzer software version A.01.74 or older to add amplitude corrections and limit lines capabilities. The amplitude corrections and limit lines are included as standard on newer X-Series signal analyzers (software version A.02.06 or newer)
