The IC-CAP Modeling Suite provides the basic tools you need to start modeling devices and circuits. It provides the necessary tools to:

Control standard DC, AC and LCR instruments used for device modeling,
Create and automate custom measurement procedures and extraction routines and
Run simulations with ADS and Spice3 simulators provided or link directly to a selection commonly used simulation tools. Run robust optimizations.

Turnkey Model Extraction Applications for industry standard models can be added to this modeling suite for a more complete solution.

The modeling suite consists of the following components:

IC‑CAP Software Environment	85199A	The IC-CAP foundation provides data management, visualization and programming capabilities including MultiPlot & GUI studio, PEL, mathematical transforms and macros.
IC-CAP Analysis Module	85199B	Used in conjunction with 85199A, this provides the ADS simulator, robust optimization engines and links to most commonly used simulators.
LCRZ Measurement Drivers	85199C	Allows IC-CAP to control and automate the LCRZ measurement instruments.
DC Measurement Drivers	85199D	Allows IC-CAP to control and automate the DC measurement instruments.
AC Measurement Drivers	85199E	Allows IC-CAP to control and automate the network analyzers.
