PXIT Family of Products
The PXIT family of products are high performance optical and electrical PXI modules used to test a wide range of photonic components in the telecommunications and data communications industry. The PXIT family, which is unique in the manufacturing test industry for having a combined modular Bit Error Ratio Tester (BERT) and Digital Communications Analyzer (DCA), provides a very wide bit rate coverage and excellent performance. Products include a 10.3125 Gb/s Bit Error Ratio Tester, 8.5 Gb/s Digital Communications Analyzer, 10.3125 Gb/s Pattern Generator, and a PXI Synthesizer.
PXI is a modular instrumentation platform designed specifically for measurement and automation applications. By leveraging off Compact PCI, Microsoft® Windows® and VXI, the PXI specification brings together the right technologies for PC-based test and measurement, instrumentation and industrial automation.
