아날로그-디지털 컨버터(ADC)

고속 디지타이저는 8비트, 10비트 및 12비트 분해능, 넓은 대역폭 및 대용량 수집 메모리를 지원하는 500MS/s, 1GS/s, 2GS/s, 4GS/s 및 8GS/s 고속 디지타이저 카드 범위를 제공합니다. PCI, PXI, cPCI 및 VME 형식의 이들 제품은 생명공학, 반도체, 항공우주, 물리학 및 천문학 등 다양한 업계에서 연구, ATE 및 OEM 어플리케이션에 사용됩니다.

고분해능 디지타이저는 DMM, 펑션 발생기, 스위치 시스템 및 카운터와 같은 테스트 시스템에서 계측기를 보완하는 미드레인지 샘플링 속도를 제공합니다. 이들 디지타이저는 새로운 독립형 LXI 형식의 정확한 파형 수집 및 온보드 측정을 위한 고분해능을 제공하며 자동차, 항공우주/방위, 의료 및 전자 테스트 어플리케이션에 사용됩니다.
U2500A 시리즈 USB 동시 샘플링 다기능 데이터 수집은 사용자의 테스트 요구에 맞게 확장하고 진화하는 독립형 또는 모듈러 솔루션을 생성할 수 있는 선택과 유연성을 제공합니다. 이러한 모듈은 250KS/s(최대 2MS/s)를 제공하며 교육 어플리케이션으로 매우 간편하고 산업 연구소 어플리케이션용으로 매우 견고하고 다기능적인 추가 아날로그 출력 및 디지털 IO 기능을 지원합니다.
