概要

The HMMC-5200 is a broadband GaAs MMIC feedback amplifier designed for operation in the DC to 20 GHz frequency range, with 9.5 dBm of gain. The HMMC-5200 can be used for a variety of applications requiring moderate amounts of gain and low power dissipation in a 50 Ω system.

Agilent Part #HMMC-5200 does not contain any intentionally added RoHS substances above permitted maximum thresholds.

All HMMC parts are manufactured in Santa Rosa, California using Agilent's reliable instrument grade GaAs process.
