  • 10772A Turning Mirror
    The Agilent 10772A turning mirror is a reflectance mirror that turns the direction of an incoming laser beam 90 degrees. It is mounted and designed for 9 mm beam diameter or less. Primarily used in calibrator systems.
  • 10773A Flatness Mirror
    The Agilent 10773A flatness mirror is for measuring flatness as part of an Agilent 5529A Dynamic Calibratation System. It is mounted.
  • 10774A Short Range Straightness Optics
    Short range straightness optics combine a straightness interferometer and reflector to make measurements over a range of travel up to 3 m.
