VPA/ PME (Visual Parametric Analyzer / Parametric information Management Engine) software enables you to analyze and manage large amounts of parametric test data from laboratory or process development environments. It offers flexible data analysis, including correlation analysis, distribution analysis, static characteristic analysis and wafer maps. With the Parametric information Management Engine, you can easily store and manage analysis results and reports using a built-in Oracle RDMBS database.
