M9168C PXI Programmable Step Attenuator Module, DC to 26.5 GHz

  1. Open command prompt.
  2. Point to the directory of the firmware files (.exe) where it located. The firmware files name format is “M9168_A_00_01.exe”.
  3. Then type in the command, example: M9168_A_00_01 PXI23::12::0::INSTR. The module’s VISA address can be obtained from Agilent Connection Expert or Soft Front Panel.
  4. Restart the instrument after the firmware upgrade is completed.
