What is the Variable Baseline option 001 of the 8114A?
In a standard 8114A, the baseline is fixed at 0 V. The output pulses are positive or negative of this baseline according to polarity selected. To have a variable baseline from -25 V to +25 V, the 8114A must be fitted with option 001. The output signal can go positive or negative from the baseline.
