Hi,
I have not have any problem to open Cal Wizard, for Swept IMD measurement class, using our test program and PNA-X N5242A.
After we installed a new firmware (A.09.50.13) I am not able to do it anymore.
code:
app11:=app as IApplication11;
app11.LaunchDialog('CalibrationWizard','');

error:
"Method LaunchDialog failed: Could not create the measurement. The application name was not recognized."

Please advise.
Dragan.

can you tell us what version you had previously, where this code actually worked? Also is it possible for you to include a state file of your setup right before you execute this code? the IApplication.LaunchDialog() and IApplication.LaunchCalWizard() methods rely on the identity of the active measurement to launch the correct dialog/cal wizard, so it makes a difference what channel/measurement is active.

You are correct - I have confirmed that this command worked in A.09.22.12 and it is not working properly in A.09.33.xx and newer versions of firmware. I am going to enter this into our defect tracking system and we will assign an engineer to start working on fixing the problem. However, I need some more information from you in order to determine in which branch of the firmware to fix this issue. Our most current shipping branch on PNA-X's is A.09.50.13, will you be able to upgrade to this version (or newer) or do you prefer to stay on the A.09.33.xx branch? Also how critically is this issue affecting your work? our next scheduled release is towards the end of August; will you be able to wait until then or do you need the fix sooner?

We are going to use the last firmware, A.09.50.13 or newer, because of need to test X parameters. We are waiting for you to fix this bug.

Best Regards,
Dragan.
