Like you say, the N4373C and other LCA models does include a network analyzer that has its own complete calibration. This instrument is then included in the production and calibration of the N4373C that incorporates the electro-optical instrumentation. So there is not an independent calibration procedure for the optical measurement unit and the specifications are achieved by calibration as an integrated unit.
