Hi All,

Iam using version 7.20p for 3070 development.
I want to set the experience level to beginner.
I have changed the .hp3070 file but this does change anything.
Does someone have any suggestions ??

thanks,

Marco.

.hp3070 is merely a default setting for your 3070.

As a beginner, I am not sure if you have to start from this file.
Usually, the .hp3070 are set suitable for your system standards.

For example:
If you want to IPG wherein probe selection would only consider 100mil and 75 mil probing, you can set 50mil to no under this file so that it would not consider 50mil probing size, etc.

Are you a beginner on IPG or fixture making?

Hi,

Iam an experienced user but I want to see all warnings on my screen when I compile tests.
I just switched over from 5.42p to V7.20p. (5.42p displays all warnings)

Hi Marco, you have to switch the other way -

to see warnings you need to set to experienced

I have solved this by coping the .hp3070 to each boarddirectory.
