34901A 20 channel multiplexer, PCB track damaged

Hi
I'm using Agilent Data Logger 34970A with 3 20channel multiplexer 34901A to measure 48 different voltages of between 11V to 15V, over a long times, few months. Data logger thur RS-232 is using agilent bench link data logger to save the data.
It's happen twice now that 2 of the multiplexers are damage, always slot 200 & 300, on both multiplexer the track from J101 A13,B13,C13 to RLY K421 pin 9 is damaged.
Has anyone any ideas why this is happening?

As near as we can figure out, there must be some kind of intermittent short in your 34970A mainframe. It should be sent in for repair.
