Problem of the screen of 86142B

when I start the spectrum analyzer (86142B), I found some lines on the screen (yellow and white).
the photo of the screen was shown in the figure. I was wondering what has happened and how can I solve this problem.

Unfortunately this looks like a hardware problem with the display.
This will require repair.
