making MCU in schematic

Hi,

I am designing a RFID reader.
I have to make schematic and finally the layout in ADS.
The schematic has also MCU C8051F340 with 48 pins and one reader chip with 64 pins AS3992.
So, please help me how to make schematic of the MCU and reader IC.
In short please tell me about how to use/make integrated components.
I am really stuck in this stage.

For creating a schematic of the component you can contact the vendor of the component to see if they have a spice netlist for the schematic. If they do you can import into ADS.
