DSOX 2000 reradout via GPIB: last value is wrong

i use Agilents Labview vi collection to read out waveforms.

Read Waveforms.vi

reads 2 channels at one time and i plot them directly. The broken value is visible in the attached file.

Is this a known bug? Is it a bug in the .vi or in the Firmware?
