8561E spectrum analyzer power menu or FFT

We have an 8561E which will not display a "power Menu" when we push the Meas/user button. It has a H02 option. the other we have has a 007 option. is this the problem? I can't find anything on the H02 option??

Here is some information about the H02 option for the 8561E:

Absolute Amplitude Accuracy +/-0.70dB over NT&T specified freq. bands
Detailed Description
Improved Absolute Amplitude Accuracy: +/- 0.70 dB over the
800-1520 MHz Range with the following settings:
Reference Level: 20 dBm
RF Attenuator: 30 dB
Resolution Bandwidth: 100 kHz
Video Bandwidth: 30 kHz
Log Scale: 5 dB per division
Temperature Range: 20-30 degrees C

I don't know why the power menu is missing when you pust the Meas/User button. Maybe someone else on the forum can answer it.
