Option 226 for ESA

Recently i aquired a E4411A analyzer at auction, the unit does not have any options installed but came with a 3.5" Floppy labeled ESA Phase noise measurement personality Option 226, rev B.01.13 E4401-10017 !
I checked the website for a manual and found that this SW requires a license key to be entered but there is no certificate of any kind with the analyzer, who can i contact to get the key ? do i need the analyzer S/N it will be installed on ?

I would say that someone put that disk with your instrument by mistake.

The E4411A is an ESA-L instrument whereas the Option 226 Phase Noise Measurement Personality is an option for ESA-E instruments.
