What is the minimum DCV measureable for the 100mV range?

With the 34401A you can detect down to a 0.1 uV signal level change when using the 100 mV range. This is the maximum sensitivity of the 34401A but note that this will not be an accuracte measurement. The 1 year accuracy at 0.1 uV is +/-0.0035% * the range which is +/- 3.5 uV and much that is noise. However, you will be able to detect a change in the average by 0.1 uV when the input level changes and when the input signal is very stable.
