When I am trying to run probe selection on a 8up panelized boards, it starts and after 1 or 2 nodes has been analyzed it gives me the following error:

Selecting probes for board "WPAN_R243%1"

Node "1%U3-43" is inaccessible because it has no accessible
probing locations. Please see the Nodes Needing More Probes
report in the details file for further information.
(WARNING PBS124)

Node "1%U7-3" is inaccessible because it has no accessible
probing locations. Please see the Nodes Needing More Probes
report in the details file for further information.
(WARNING PBS124)

Node "1%U7-5" is inaccessible because it has no accessible
probing locations. Please see the Nodes Needing More Probes
report in the details file for further information.
(WARNING PBS124)

Probe Select was not able to put enough probes on node "1%GND".
Please see the Nodes Needing More Probes report in the details file
for further information.
(WARNING PBS77)

Internal error 119/4/0 has occurred. Please contact Agilent Technologies.

I checked the GND node and it has 3 probes per board.

could anyone tell me what error msg means? how can I fix it?

Thank you

Hi George,
I don't think that the problem is with your GND, it just happens that that was the last output from the system before the error occurs.
There seems to be something that is causing your system to crash.

The error code means that to the "Probe Select" process has an error.

Have you run syntax checking on the board and board_xy files?
Are you able to load the board using Fixture Consultant without any error?
Have you tried to run on another system?
